Conservatism

Edmund Burke, Portrait  c.  1769 Conservatism is a political and social philosophy that promotes the maintenance of traditional institutions and supports minimal and gradual change in society over time. Core Principles: Conservatism as a philosophy is centered around several core principles: Tradition : Conservatives value the customs, conventions, and continuity of societal organizations as a guide for the present and future. Tradition is seen as a cumulative wisdom of the past that should be honored and preserved. Order and Stability : A stable social order is deemed essential for the well-being of society. Conservatives often emphasize the need for a hierarchical structure and clear authority lines to maintain stability. Individual Responsibility : Personal responsibility and self-reliance are emphasized. Conservatives believe that individuals should take responsibility for their actions and welfare rather than relying on government assistance. Rule of Law : Law

Liberalism

Modern Liberalism is a political and social ideology that proports to advocate for individual liberty, equality, and democracy. It has a broad and diverse range of ideas, but it generally centers on the protection of individual rights and freedoms, the rule of law, and a government that is accountable to the people, leaning toward most control being held by the government. Core Principles: Individual Liberty : Liberalism places the freedom of the individual at the center of its philosophy, promoting civil liberties and protection from tyranny. Equality : Liberals advocate for equal rights and opportunities for all individuals, regardless of race, gender, or economic status. Unfit

  Unfit      When will the Democratic National Party realize that Joe Biden is unfit and will do nothing but harm, at a minimum his reputation and theirs, the government and the country? At what point does the DNC say to themselves, "Enough is Enough. We need someone else." At what point will his own administration reach out to ( paid link )  congress   invoking the  25th Amendment?  I'm sure the latter question will not be answered given the nearing election and the free-for-all that is currently allowed in the White House.           Capitalism is an economic system where trade, industry, and the means of production are largely controlled by private individuals or corporations for profit, rather than by the state. It's characterized by private property, capital accumulation, wage labor, voluntary exchange, a price system, and competitive markets.
